This is pretty self-explanatory, but it would be really helpful if the My Files app could convert file types, like OGG to MP3, or a batch of JPEGs to a PDF. Batch conversions would be especially helpful.

Some particularly useful conversions would be common audio files, common picture files, audio extraction from video, and common work files (DOCX, PDF, XLSX).

It's not something that matters to a lot of people, but when you need it, there are never any converters that aren't ad-ridden or predatory subscription services. It would add a lot of value to Samsung's file manager compared to any other manager.

There is no file manager that I have ever seen on phone, tablet or computer that does file type conversions without a third-party app.  I am afraid if you want to do file conversions you will have to obtain an app that does so. Because of the sophisticated programming this requires, most of them are paid apps, but if you expect to do a lot of file conversions, it's worth the cost, especially if you want more than limited features and not to have your tasks interrupted by ads.
