Feature Request: One UI Lock Screen - Emergency Information

It seems you have to navigate to the emergeny phone on the lock screen to get at medical infornation. Not very obvious.

If the seeting to share this in the lock screen is set to true ... this should be ON the lock screen.

I.e. two red buttons like on the power off screen:

       Emergency Call  and Medical Information

As the population (my self included) is getting older ... this information can save a life if a first responder can find it easily.
