Good luck theme park "unable to process" when adding new icon pack?

Trying to add new icon pack using theme park like done before. Got error "unable to process" and closes app. Other selections under theme park works and previous installed icon packs can be selected. 

I have clear cache and uninstalled app. Still same error.

Today's good lock theme park fixed the problem to add new icon pack.

Have you tried rebooting into recovery and clearing the phone cache that way? If not, give it a go.

Yes. I believe has to do with UI 5 but can't pinpoint
