I've always used Google Pay on Samsung internet and never had an issue until around 2 months ago. It's stopped auto filling or giving me the option to use the card. If i tap om the add card option itsl says card already added but still doesnt give me the auto fill option. Is there anything I can do, settings etc I can alter to get the option back? I prefer using Samsung internet and don't want to set up Samsung Wallet.

You can try deleting the browser cache and cookies and see what happens.   

 

I don't understand the reasoning of preferring one browser over another in all instances.  I use whichever browser works for me even though I have a preferred browser, as there are just some sites that don't like certain browsers. If I can't figure out what the problem is after reasonable efforts, I just use another browser to accomplish what I want to do at that point in time.

@EGJ Have you checked the setting in phone settings -> General management -> Passwords, passkeys, and autofill to ensure that Google is selected?

@LongHikerGoogle Pay automatically fills in your details when you use it to pay, regardless of which auto fill service you choose. It usually has the last card you used showing on the pay page when you choose to checkout using Google Pay and you tap it if you want to change it.
