My apologies if this feels like a rant...

I have been using Samsung products for many years now and in general, I am very happy with them. If I don't know how to do something or if I think something is not as it should be, I search the community and if I don't find a solution, I post a question myself.

However, there have been several occasions where it turned out, I was not wrong or stupid, something just was not possible or available. Yet still (especially in the Dutch community) the board managers had you go through all sorts of hoops.

For example: The Galaxy Tab S9 (or whatever other iteration) is sold as a multi user tablet. Yet, if I want to use my tablet in Dex on my second account, this unfortunately is impossible! There are more things that are not available on the second account.

On the Samsung Community bringing this up first doesn't result in comments and if you get a reply from a Samsung board manager, they will "look into the problem". And if you look on Reddit you quickly notice it is simply not possible. If you mention this to Samsung, they mention it is being sent to the appropriate department.....where the suggestion dies.

The question is: Is it possible to raise missing features as a feature request that is really looked into?

You can send an error report. Also, you need to be in the Dutch forums, as Samsung products and software differ from country to country.
