How to change the default browser for opening a link

So I like when the popup comes up and I can choose a browse for a link. Just wondering how I can make it come back up to say "use once" and "use always" it just uses chrome now which i don't like as my default browser.

Go to your preferred browser settings. There should be an option to make it the default.

You can either reset app preferences to get that to show or just change the default browser. Settings - Apps - Choose Default Apps - Browser App
