How to restore cycle tracking history in samsung health

I performed a hard reset on my phone. My cycle history was not restored with the rest of my Samsung health data. How do I restore my cycle tracking history? I have tried restoring from back and downloading personal data. Neither of those methods have worked.

They posted a notice back in Jan 2023 that cycle data was no longer syncing so you'd have to of downloaded your data and restored it. 😑 I wish they'd allow optional opt in for syncing cycle data.
