Samsung Apps and Services
Hello,
Ever since the last Samsung update, Google has taken over as my default engine. To my disappointment, Samsung has pre installed Chrome and Google on my Galaxy. I don't have the option to uninstall them, I can only disable them, which doesn't do anything, just more work for me because the settings go right back to default. This happens daily now, I wasn't having issues before the update.

You can set your default browser in the settings of the browser you prefer to use. At any time, you can manually open whichever browser you choose to use.

You're using a Google operating system system on your phone. They were pre-installed beforehand. They have been pre-installed on literally every android phone that has ever existed since 2009.

Hi, Try wiping the cache partition to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. It clears unnecessary files, some of which may be corrupt.
Follow the steps below,
Clear the cache partition
- Shut the device off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

What was your default engine before?
