Has anyone else run Malwarebytes and seen at their system apps are from 2021 and 1969. I have been having issues with my Android reporting that it is a Android 10 and an Android 14, it is now to the point where it says nothing is compatible with my system

@Member23 There were no cell phones nor personal computers in 1969 so you can be certain that information is incorrect.

Where are you seeing your device reported as Android 10?

@Member23 Sorry but your posts are confusing. When you are logging into what?

Yeah they sent me a label that I have to print out and send my phone to text us so while I'm getting a job next week and in the middle of car insurance claim, I need to lose my phone for a week at least, not including shipping

Plus nothing is compatible and browsers say I'm running off of an Android 10

@Member23 Did this just start happening? How long have you had the S23?

I got the phone in July but it never registered until October and then I kept unregistering it because I wasn't the one that registered it and when I called them they said I didn't even need to register it and it's been happening since probably day one. The phone is from about 20 days after they made the s23.

Also when I tried to register it by scanning the barcode it didn't even come up as the correct phone, so I tried registering it using one of the seven QR codes on the box and it came up as a SR81U or something similar. By the way thank you for answering because I've been asking them since December why it shows that I have multiple devices. For example I'm push notifications, it lists four different SM-911U... some will say Galaxy s23 5G others say Android others have the actual name of my phone that I named it, and I continue to change the name of it because I want to see what it's connecting with and what it's not.

It also gives me different types of pop-ups for whether it's me logging in or not. Sometimes it has my picture from Samsung contacts, other times it's just a yes or no even though I'm already logged in. I switched to an esim around November hoping it would fix the problem1715375904863.jpg1715375904867.jpg1715375904880.jpg
