I'm sure that there are several factors considered by Samsung when scheduling such maintenance.
I am just receiving a message that Samsung will be conducting a system maintenance on 10/15/24 between 8:00 am and 14:00/2:00 pm. (6 hours during morning peak hours all morning). It says "Sorry for the inconvenience". This is way more than an inconvenience, but unprofessional. Why not 11:00 pm - 5:00 am while most people are asleep? It's more like unexceptable! š”
