Question for anytime who uses modes and routines... 

What's the proper protocol to set this up...

Do I add a macro to the Sleep Mode that turns on snoring detection within the wearable app...

Or

Create a routine, once sleeping, that uses a macro to turn on snoring detection...

You just enable snoring detection on the Samsung Health app on your phone. Samsung Health-> Sleep-> Advanced settings-> Snoring

Yes, it is. If you turn on snore detection in the health app, once you turn on sleep mode and go to skeep, your snoring is automatically detected.

Just to be clear, you only need to do this once. Not every night.

It's only going to record snoring if your phone is on the charger and your watch detects sleep. That is the ultimate in automation.
