No more coupons?

I dont see anymore coupons in my account. But I see posts from other about $4 off coupons. Can I please get some clarification? 

I am not seeing any coupons in for in app purchases. I used to get them all the time and now I have not seen any in about 20 days

Yes, I'd like to know where are they too...used to be very nice with that scheduled calendar, but then the 90% coupon nerf came and now this...no coupons at all, please tell us what's going on
