Hi @Liv2023, thank you for reaching out. Often times, if an app is opening right after unlocking, it is because you have that app set to open from your lock screen when unlocked from a certain area of the screen (such as the bottom right or left corners). This guide can help walk you through managing these app shortcuts, and possibly removing the internet one: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/customise-lock-screen-shortcuts/

However, if it is not opening because of a lock screen app shortcut, you may have some form of adware installed through a third-party application opening your browser. You can try Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is responsible: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the behavior persists under Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Follow this guide carefully, and back everything up you do not wish to lose, such as files and data: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. You can turn on the setting auto connect to the internet so everytime you go somewhere "somewhere you know the password or usually on that internet" it will auto connect, any new internets that need passwords will still ask you to put the password in, inorder to use that main internet you want to use. I hope this helped
