QN900b smart calibration not showing up on smartthings

So I just recently got a QN900b tv and when I first set it up I was able to use the smart things app and use the smart calibration function with my iPhone 12 Pro Max to do the calibration. just upgraded to a new iPhone 14 pro max installed the smart thing app, but I cannot find the smart calibration function anywhere I’m the app when connected to the tv

Hello! I understand how this can cause some inconvenience with smart calibration not working on your app. Since this is occurring you can try to reset your smart hub by doing the following:

 

  1.  Press the Home button on your remote control and then select Menu.
  2.  Navigate to Settings then All Settings.
  3.  Navigate to Support and then select Device Care.
  4.  Select Self Diagnosis from the bottom of the screen.
  5.  Choose Reset Smart Hub.

After that, you should be able to re-register your TV on your smart things app and it should show up. 

 

If that does not help I would recommend reaching out directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 and asking for our smartthings department.
