I received an email last night from mygalaxyupgrade@samsung.com regarding an upgrade that I didn't make. The info in the email is not mine except for the email which is one of my emails although not one connected to my real samsung account. I'm wondering if this was just a mistake or a scam email. I tried calling and speaking with someone to verify that this is a legit email from Samsung and got nowhere. Here is what's in the email. Please help. Thank you! 🙂
