Samsung Apps and ServicesUnfortunately, Samsung Cloud discontinued its data backup for Gallery and My Files in 2021, meaning photos and files previously stored on it were transferred to Microsoft OneDrive or deleted if not migrated in time. If your data was backed up before this change, and you linked your Samsung account to OneDrive, you might still find your files there.
Hereās what you can try:
- Sign into OneDrive: Use your Samsung account to log into OneDrive and see if your old data has been transferred.
- Samsung Smart Switch: If you had backups saved locally on a computer using Samsung Smart Switch, you could restore data from there.
- Contact Samsung Support: They may help retrieve data from your Samsung account if any backups are still available.
Without access to your old phone, these options are your best bet!

Samsung Apps and ServicesThere may still be a backup of your old phone in the cloud. Go to accounts and backup, choose your Samsung account and choose restore. If your old phone still has a backup, you will see it along with the rue backup for your current phone. If it's there, you can restore it to your current phone. You can selectively restore data.
