It happens frequently that an invitation from gmail or outlook sent to my Microsoft 365 account is not processed correctly with the Samsung Email application. Once I tap for instance on Accept, all options are suddenly greyed and the only option for me is to save the ICS file to my calendar and then manually delete the message. Does anybody know how to set up the Samsung email app better?
