Samsung Pay: How do I sign up for Samsung Cash Account?

I am new to Samsung products. I am attempting set my Samsung cash account up but it's not recognizing my phone number. I can't get through to anyone either. How do i set this up?

Wondering the same. Hopefully you're not being scammed. Been reading a ton of articles where people are losing money in their bank accounts and banks not fixing it. Be careful.
