Samsung care +/Assurant is a joke. I have never experienced such a terrible solution to an issue that could've been avoided if only yall (Samsung and Assurant) verified the consumer mailing address before issuing a refund or compensation. This process that I'm going through that's taken nearly 2 months to resolve has been one of the most stressful times of my life. Can and will never recommend the extended warranty from Samsung care plus nor Assurant for any device to friends, family, strangers, animals, etc. If negative stars ever becomes a thing in the future, I would gladly be the first to use it on a review/feedback about my experience with Samsung care +/Assurant. Do better is an understatement, deletion of the whole program is more fitting. Sincerely laughable.
