Samsung care plus issue

I just got a s25 ultra from best buy and I'm trying to purchase samsung care plus but everytime i use samsung pay the card is verified but then I get this message: Can't complete purchase Something went wrong. (PG_CARD_DECLINED_ERROR - REFUSED)(Error: B7700). I don't have any issues with samsung pay normally, anyone know if there is an issue on their side?

Did you go thru the product verification process? In order to be approved for Samsung Care, you must submit a video of your phone showing all angles of your phone in prestige condition. Once they view that, you will be enrolled, and they will send you an approval letter. That's what I had to do. It's a process to get approved with Samsung Care.

It didn't ask me for that, it goes straight into payment the moment I put the imei

But I called my bank and they said they aren't receiving any transaction, like samsung isn't even trying to charge the card

If that's the case that's annoying, really want to have this thing covered just in case
