Shop Samsung app not working

My shop samsung app has been down since the weekend, ut keeps saying no network connection but im on wifi and i have signal. Not sure why its happening. I have updated it, cleared the cache and data and uninstaled it amd reinstalled it and nothing. Anyone else having this issue or now how to resolve it?

Hello Nely16, and Welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand that you are getting network connect error while using the Shop Samsung app.

Try clearing the app cache. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/ 

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If the app is still not working, please submit an error report directly to Samsung.

Right after the issue appears, please submit an Error Report. Samsung Members app->Get Help->Feedback->Error Reports
