Oh my God, Samsung!!! I keep removing these suggestion notices and they just keep coming back. HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY NO?!?! Leave me be!!

Why don't you just uninstall the app and reinstall it and start over? The app itself has permission parameters, but so does your phone. You could also review turning off the notification by going into Settings> apps> Samsung Smart things> and turn off what you don't want to hear or be notified about

Because that doesn't work for SmartThings. It's an in-app persistent prompt that uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix, just like it doesn't for the prompts you say No Thanks to in Samsung News. It's an issue that Samsung needs to correct.

I have them turned off on mine and I haven't seen any but the first one betfore I turned it off. I've closed and reopened the app several times since then and have not had any. I doubt that I would notice them anyway, because a) I rarely have a need to open the app and b) when I do, all look at is my devices and that little squib is so unobtrusive that I would never notice it. Unlike the health app where, not only does it slow the loading of my stats, but it's animated.
