Unable to install OneUI Beta 7 on Z Fold6 due to sim card region error

I receive an error stating " Your sim card does not match the service provider software on your phone.. " when I try to enroll in the One UI 7 Beta update. How to resolve this. 

I am Using an unlocked device with no physical sim card or line activated.

I have not gotten it either is your phone unlocked maybe only the unlocked versions are getting it I'm with T-Mobile in California and I have nothing I check everyday all day long nothing I don't understand why I not gotten it either

I bet we don't get it till April 1st whatever that sucks
