I found a way to install apps on devices that can't have the app.

Its a really cool way to flex your friends.

1. Go to apkmirror.com 

2.Search "samsung". It will show samsung apps.

3. Press an app.

4. Scroll down and find a version that you device is on.

5. Download the app. 

6. Verify the download. This will download the APK.

7. Verify the Install unknown sources thing when Package installer says so.

8. The app will be installed or NOT.

@RomenCh I have NotiStar on my Tab S10+. Which tab do you have that you can't get NotiStar.

Of course, you are aware that apps which aren't available could be unavailable due to incompatibility issues with your device.
