Why can't I ring my SmartTag?

Doesnt give me an option in the SmartThings app besides ringing my phones?

You got to link the smart tag with your device

My tag is in the app but it just doesnt give me the ring option. Does that mean i didnt link it?

Smart tags don't ring. Only shows location of smart tag

My smartthings app doesnt give that option but may have before i believe. I logged into the find my samsung website on desktop and it gave the ring option but when i pressed it it said "could not connect".

Your Bluetooth is not on so no wonder the device isn't connected 🙂

The picture I looked at in the comments says the smarttag is not near you, it needs to be within bluetooth range to be able to ring.
