Write/edit pdf with a samsung app

I use note 10+ and want to edit a pdf doc with an app but I don't know which one is good or full of with features.

I tried samsung notes but it doesn't work.

Then I opened the doc with write on pdf app but it has very few features. I want something like samsung notes app that has a lot of features. I mean I wish I could edit pdfs with samsung notes app.

Is there any app you know that is compatible with these editings?

Wut? I'm pretty sure i open pdfs in Samsung notes.

When I opened the app from file manager via samsung notes, it didn't allow me edit the pdf. Now, I opened the notes app and added a new note, then added the pdf and now it works. Thanks.

What exactly do you mean by 'edit'. Write notes in the margins and highlight text? Edit the text like a Word doc?

I have a Microsoft 365 membership and MSOffice has many features to edit PDF. I don't know what subset of features are available without the membership, but you might try it.

I was able to add printed text, handwritten text, highlight, and add a pop-up note to the pdf.
