Android 13 how to turn off account icon on Lock Screen

How do I turn off this account icon that is now on the lock screen? I can't find any settings that will allow that. It has never been there before Android 13.

Turn off the guest account or any other accounts besides yours.

But there's only one account login in tab and its still not turning off. Why is that so
