I never receive any updates for my Galaxy Tablet S10 Plus 5G ...SM-X282U (T-Mobile Network)....

I don't have a sim card installed and I never had an account with T-Mobile...
I surly don't need a sim card installed to get updates, do I?
I am still on Android 14 and when I go to updates it says I have the latest version which is untrue.

The Sim needs to be set up for Tablets, not just a regular Sim for Phones.

The T-Mobile store would not be able to update your device, as they primarily engage in sales and typically lack the necessary equipment to address technical issues. You would need a sim setup for T-Mobile Tablet service, So you would need to visit a Service Center or get a T-mobile Data sim for Tablets

I wonder if You can purchase a T-Mobile prepaid SIM card for temporary use, which allows you to use T-Mobile's network for a limited time.
I wonder if that would work?

I’m not sure if T-Mobile sells pre-paid SIM cards for tablets. You you would need to reach out to them to find out.

You're welcome since it looks like only around $10.00 a month it wouldn't be bad to keep a pre paid plan on it
