TabletsHello.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 FE Tablet in 2022, and about a week or so ago, it began to show the logo when I'd charge it, then it would power off. I let it charge for an hour, but the problem persisted. Let it drain, still an issue after I used a Samsung charger (yes, I also used different chargers and outlets)
I tried forcefully resetting it using the volume down button and power button, but then the logo completely went away and only began to flicker a black screen then turn off.
Left it alone for an hour, came back to maybe try to power it on instead, but then it began to flash the boot menu at me. Tried even doing a factory reset on it when the boot menu showed up, but the volume buttons didn't respond, and the boot menu would just blank out then come back.
At points it flashed a teal OS Warning screen at me when I used my computer as a USB at one point to try and fix the issue.
I tried tapping the back, tapping the front, using the massage method, almost everything. Is there any way to fix this or explain what's wrong with it? I thought my boyfriend spilled something on it, but he said he didn't, and the indicator in my sim tray was not activated. Though, when I took off the cover, there was like a sticky residue on the back (no where near the mic or top buttons though) It also does this thing sometimes where there will be a small white line right next to the charging port, but the port is clean and looks fine when I flash a light on it.
Is this a screen issue or button issue I should fix by taking this into a repair shop, or is there any possible way I can fix this without having to worry about expenses or losing everything I have on here? (I'm an artist and need my unsaved drawings)
