Galaxy s9 ultra 5g screen flickering and green colour

 my galaxy tab s9 ultra make weird flickring and green distortion when is about to screen off only rather than that it is normal, please help.

On the tablet, open the Members app and select Support on the lower right. Open diagnostics and run the tests for the display. If any problems are found, you can then create an error report there too and submit it to Samsung tech support.

Thank you very much,  but I've already done this no issues detected , i don't know i hope it's software related bug not physical damage.
