The same way as your phone if I'm not mistaken. Or try doing a pin word search while in settings. Or security... I don't have my tablet with me or I would have looked.
@Nanabugs Open your tablet settings and scroll down to Lock Screen and select Screen Lock type at the top and select Pin and you will need to enter one
