How to change voice in Text to Speech

I am using the Galaxy S9 FE Plus and use the Kindle reader to listen to my books.

How do I change the voice to a male and UK voice? I find it pleasing to listen to. 

I have gone into the Kindle app and there is no setting to change the voice like on my Amazon tablet.
