How do I connect my iphone to my galaxy tab s7 so I can receive the message I get on my iPhone  on my tablet as well

You would need to submit a request to apple to allow there proprietary imessage app be designed for other operating systems. Some service providers have an app that will allow you to get your text messages on a different device.
