Looking for app for Galaxy S8 Ultra Tablet!

I am looking for a reasonable landscape design app for my Galaxy S8 Ultra Tablet where I can use the PEN or be able to sketch on the screen. 

Does anyone know of any really decent free landscape design apps?? I'll purchase one if it's a really good app. I just need something where I can design my front yard and backyard landscaping in detail.

Try pen up from Samsung. They should have some apps like paint. That should be installed in the default apps
