Loss of information when returning to a page.

I use a Samsung Tab S6 Lite running Android version 13.  I have a recurring issue.  When I enter data on a page form I sometimes need to leave the page to make note of specific data which has been asked for.  When I return to the page, the page reloads and all the data is gone which I entered earlier.  I have to start again.  This unwanted page reloading occurs irregardless of the programme I am using.  I use Firefox.  Is this a Samsung Android issue or a Firefox issue?  I would like to find a cure.    Advice would be appreciated.  Thank you.

@Buddyboy4x44 This is a form issue with the site and/or browser being used. Secure forms often do this to prevent unauthorized or unattended access.

Thanks for your response.  I certainly cannot disagree with it but the experience is very disappointing.  Can you recommend an app which preserves the form content in such circumstances?  I used to use an app called Lazarus but that goes not seem to be available anymore.
