I'm trying to fix the tablet volume from past couple of days now. Day by day volume is getting poor in quality. Only the media volume is very low, ringtone volume is better, clear and loud.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out just wanted to see what media is having the issues? Is it from sources like Netflix or music from streaming services? Or is it media that was downloaded and transferred to the device?
YouTube, Spotify all apps, earlier I thought speaker has some issues but when I tested the ringtone, speakers were working as intended. I tried sound adapt as well but it was not much of help. Sometimes in some ads the volume rises a bit but not to its full functioning.
one more thing, when my product was under warranty I took it to the nearest Samsung store, they told me that itās normal. But this is there since last 2 years. Any update from your side?
