Missing options with S-Pen

I just purchased the S9 FE+ and love it. The question is there is a tutorial using the S-Pen that has two options I don't seem to have.

1. Clip subject from background when selecting an image from the web.

2. "Add to note" when highlighting something from the web.

This is on a Tab S8U with One UI 6.1.1

1:  You have to use Smart Select to do this. 

To clip a subject from the background when selecting an image from the web using an S Pen, use the "Smart Select" feature on your Samsung device; simply hover the S Pen over the desired area on the screen, activate the Air Command menu, choose "Smart Select", and then draw a freehand selection around the subject you want to isolate, effectively cutting it out from the background. 

2.  I only see "Create Note" in the One UI 6.1.1 Air Commands menu.  Add to Note may have been deprecated.
