My Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite won't turn on even after charging

Hi, 

I got this tablet about a year ago and I barely download any big files or use it that much. I take good care of it too and charge it. A week ago I forgot to charge it and left it at 2%. I tried charging it a day later then turning it back on but it stayed on a black screen and won't turn on even after attempting a hard reset. I was wondering if there are any solution to fix this. I also am wondering if the photos I have saved in my memory card will be deleted?

Try getting the battery replaced

I am wondering if this is the only option since the tablet is still new

I guess you can contact Samsung and see what options they'd recommend as a possible resolution.
