Replacement S pen not connecting help please

I have tried for several months to connect the new pen but everything I have done hasn't worked so far. I am at loss. Has anyone else had this problem? I am open to any suggestions at this point. Thank you in advance.

Is this a samsung s pen or a 3rd party stylus?

A replacement Samsung from Amazon. It has its own serial number on it.

Im not sure then. I knew that replacment 3rd party ones had little to no actual intelligence, and they were made using shoddy parts.

Are you sure that the spen you bought from amazon actually has Bluetooth connection? What is your tablet?

If your spen replacement has Bluetooth capability, then you could reset spen on device following #7:

I have a Galaxy Tab S7

Then if the spen you bought is without Bluetooth, it will not connect to tab S7 to use air actions.
