Reply to Moderator

I got the below from Samsung Moderator over my last post on my Samsung Trade-In program experience. I have tried unsuccessful to reply. 

The feedback is as follows:

Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to communitydonotreply@samsung.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 Recipient address rejected: User unknown

How do the moderator expects me to reach out of not from here?

I have prepared a comprehensive reply with order number and details, nowhere to submit them. Please, reach out to me again with a provision for reply.

@OBA To reply to a private message from the moderator using the Members app:

1. Open the Samsung Members app
2. Click on Community at the bottom center
3. Click on your avatar/picture along the top.
4. Click the Direct message button
5. Now you will see the message from the moderator. Click on it.
6. Now you can create your response and send it.  

To reply to a private message from the moderator using a browser and the web site.

1. Make sure that you are in the Samsung discussion area.
2. Click your Avatar/picture in the upper right.
3. Select Messages from the drop down
4. Now you will see the message from the moderator. Click on it.
5. Now you can create your response and send it.

Oh my God, you have no idea. Don't even try to report them or anything. They'll bend you just for reporting them. Apparently, i've yet to find it or read it with my own eyes, but it's against the terms of service to report a moderator on this app. I've got the screenshots where they sent me that before I was banned for making a literal uplifting joke, like many do on here 😂😂😂 get ready because this one will be deleted to 🔥😂

They did none of that. In fact, my experience is different. I was treated like a human being and not like a customer. The issues were resolved in my favor.

You sent your reply to a "do not reply" email address. It's going to bounce.  If a moderator responded to your post requesting further information, click on the moderator's handle (username, as there are several moderators) and when you get to their info page, select "direct message" and provide the information requested.
