Tablets@OBA To reply to a private message from the moderator using the Members app:
- Open the Samsung Members app
- Click on Community at the bottom center
- Click on your avatar/picture along the top.
- Click the Direct message button
- Now you will see the message from the moderator. Click on it.
- Now you can create your response and send it.
To reply to a private message from the moderator using a browser and the web site.
- Make sure that you are in the Samsung discussion area.
- Click your Avatar/picture in the upper right.
- Select Messages from the drop down
- Now you will see the message from the moderator. Click on it.
- Now you can create your response and send it.
