Have 2 Galaxy Tab S4 's. 1 was new wifi only, other is refurbished AT&T without sim.couple years ago, on the refurbished one, ( #2 ) started getting " tv mode keeps stopping " and under that , 2 choices. 'App info' and 'close app' hit close, popped right back up. Hit info, and force stop. Bearing in mind that this pop up poped up about a dozen times in the process. This went on, intermittently, for a couple weeks. Sometimes several hours would go by with no problem, then a half hour of clicking close app, force stop, rebooting, even going to device care in settings and optimizing memory to close it that way. Can't Uninstall it. Finally stuck it in secure folder. Would get a message when restarting 'can't install app, not optimized for secure folder' . So whatever, i don't need it installed. Last week It started again. Can't find it anywhere. When I search for apps, or even specifically for TV mode no results. Not even in secure folder. Been thru every folder on tablet. No such luck. I really hate it when there's an app installed on MY device, that I dont want, don't use, and certainly don't need. Especially when I can't Uninstall it. Any suggestions on how to get this piece of nonsense either off my tablet, or get it to stop crashing?
