I have been using Samsung devices for years. s20, s21 fe, tab s9 fe, tab s9 and old s series and a series phones whose names I can't remember, etc. But the screen of the last Tab S9 device I bought broke by itself. There is no damage to the device. just panel failure. But official technical service of samsung n Turkey insists that I broke the device. The screen is broken from the inside. The device was never dropped or damaged in any way. It was not stepped on. I left the device where it was. When I picked it up an hour later, I saw this sight. How can I damage the panel inside the screen without damaging the device? People do durability tests on YouTube. They bend the tablets. They bend the glass until it breaks, yet the panel continues to work intact š This situation made me very sad. I could not have predicted that I would encounter such a situation from the Samsung brand that I have been using fondly for years. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of technical service and Samsung Turkey not taking any action on this issue, both myself and my close circle (my mother, wife, etc.) will have to give up the Samsung brand. However, the iPad I bought before, I noticed a dent on the back of the device on the second day, so I took the device to Apple. They gave me a new device without any conditions. This is true customer satisfaction.
