Since I updated my Tab S9 FE to ONE UI 6.1.1 Samsung notes open my notes in edit mode instead of read only.

Do you have the S pen writing sound on Samsung note? I mean is it still working on 6.1.1?

I have s9 fe tablet as main driver i checked & use notes regularly don't have this issue.try maybe safe mode?
