Samsung cloud sits at preparing for >24 hours

I have a T-mobile Tab S8+ 5G that will NOT backup to Samsung Cloud. It just sits at preparing for HOURS. I even just did a factory reset because there was nothing on it that mattered. Any ideas?

I just tried it and it worked but I did get a notification to "Update KMXService to continue" so check for that app in the Galaxy Store. 

What I would try is to first power cycle the wifi router and if that doesn't fix it give T-Mobile a call. 

Also, Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report,  Remember to check on "Send System Data Log" 

It is entirely possible that it is a internet routing issue between you and the Cloud service which will eventually work itself out

All the updates are done.my s24 works fine off the same wifi and towers. I'll try again and post the logs.

Everything else works great, and I'm an IT guy by trade with a unifi setup. It's not the router on my att fiber connection.
