Screen mirroring issues

I have a roku on my tv and it appears as a device to my Samsung tablet to pair with, however the screen mirroring has worked on it once or twice and now it proceeds to keep failing to mirror or if it does, it's on a frozen screen and unable to function. Anyone have a resolution to this problem? Please let me know and thank you

Unplug th power on yout tablet, Roku and TV and then power them up again and see if the issue persists. 

If it does, Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report,  Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"
