Tab 9+ can't get Imap to work

After setting up my email with imap I get this error.

Couldn't verify account 

The username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on the web, then try again.

I can log in fine on the web, and my s24+ is using the same information and has no issues.

Any idea why my Tab don't work but my Galaxy phone does?

@MePaul which email account are you trying to setup? I mean @what.com, not your actual email address.
