• I know that my tablet is hacked into because the hacker told me so and the hacker told me that it (using it to keep it anonymous) created these horizontal lines and streaks on my tablet display.

Does anyone know how to remove them?

you are ignoring that is being hacked and the hack is against the software not the hardware.
