What happened to the clear all button on the drop down menu that used to be right under notifications is gone and it's so annoying to have to click on each notification just to clear it. Some can be swiped away but not all of them

If you were successful in clearing device cache in recovery, I only have two other suggestions:

1. Clear cache and data for One UI Home under settings, apps.

2. Back up all your data and factory reset.

I just reproduced that on my tablet (only the screenshot notification) and the button is there. You're running One UI 7, correct? Did you clear device cache after updating?

I don't know how to do this. I can't find it in settings anywhere

How to clear device cache:

1) Turn off your device.

[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

He is, I looked at the picture closely, and saw the new battery icon.

Just verifying. The green location icon is also there.

I tried that, but no matter how long I press the side button and volume up button simultaneously nothing happens. Is it possible that because I have to have monitoring software on here that they have that feature blocked like other features

Monitoring software would not affect the recovery utility.

If the side/volume up button combo isn't working, you'll have to first plug into a powered USB port on a booted device (tablet or computer).
