Unable to interact with Samsung Community from Tab A9+

This is making me crazy.  I want to interact with this community from my new TabA9+.  I can see posts, but I can't create a new one.  Very buggy.  I don't have this problem on my PC (now using).  I’m complaining here because when I try to give feedback on the community via the tablet, it says click button below, but there is no button.  If I click on the pen symbol, as to write a new message, it asked for me to create a nickname, but mine is already created so it goes nowhere.  Has anyone successfully posted a new topic in the community from your tablet?click pen to nickname already created.jpegno button.jpegpen not working.jpeg

Try Settings->Apps->Samung Members->Storage->delete data.  

This will effectively reset the app and you'll have to log in again
