s7+ as secondary screen, to use for photoshop can't use S pen to draw directly on screen

I am using my Samsung galaxy s7+ as a secondary screen however i would like to be able to draw on my tablet screen with my pen in Photoshop but the only thing that responds is the mouse and not the pen what should i do to be able to draw on my tablet while its connected as a secondary screen on my pc?

I also have a MacBook Pro but I can't seem to add it as a secondary screen.
